La "casa rota" está dividida entre lo vernacular y preexistente que la afianza a la tierra y lo contemporáneo y nuevo que la enriquece tipológicamente. Paradójicamente, esta aparente rotura es la que, de modo simbiótico, hila el proyecto. Tradición y modernidad combinadas: lo contemporáneo apoyándose en lo antiguo, y éste ensalzándose gracias al primero.

The "broken home" is divided between the vernacular and pre-existent that locks it to the ground and the contemporary and new that enriches the whole from a typological point of view. Paradoxically, this apparent breakage is the one that, on a symbiotic manner, finally sews the project. Tradition and modernity combined: the contemporary leans on the old, and viceversa.
