De site is een open gedeelte in de buitenwijk van de stad. Door de topografie van de site en de visuele blokkade door het industriegebied, werd een verhoogd park gecreëerd. Verschillende sportfaciliteiten perforeren het publieke dek om de ruimte eronder te verlichten. Deze ruimte is een multifunctionele marktplaats.

The site is a left over in the periphery in the city. The topography and the blockade of views towards the sea created by gas made us propose an elevated roof park. `Sport-patios' perforate the public deck and bring light to the space underneath, a shadowed square and other commercial facilities.
